Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA
Experience Requirements
Mandatory:
- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in the IT industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing CRM and Call Center applications & infrastructure in a reputed organization
- Experience with open-source CRM platforms or MS Dynamics CRM is preferred
Desirable (Added Advantage):
- 2–3 years of experience in Avaya Communication Systems and Toll-Free Number services
- Experience in e-Governance projects, including understanding of:
- Government processes
- RFPs
- Contract & Vendor Management
- Experience with Inbound/Outbound SMS & USSD services, SMPP platforms, SMS gateways, and related data analytics
