| Recruiter Engagement | ● Coordinate with recruiters regarding hiring requirements, recruitment schedules, and job announcements. ● Collect Feedback from the recruiters and ensure their experience with IIT Indore remains positive. |
| Campus Recruitment Process Facilitation | ● Facilitate end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including pre-placement talks, online assessments, interviews, and offer management. ● Coordinate logistics and communication between recruiters, students, and institute stakeholders. ● Ensure smooth execution of placement and internship activities. |
| Student Support & Query Handling | ● Address student queries related to placements, internships, eligibility, and recruitment processes. ● Assist students in registration, documentation, and recruitment-related communication. ● Support placement-related awareness and information dissemination activities. |
| Data Management & Documentation | ● Maintain placement records, student databases, recruiter information, and placement statistics. ● Prepare reports, presentations, and placement-related documentation as required. ● Ensure proper record keeping and timely updating of recruitment data. |

| Remuneration/Salary | ₹30,000/- to ₹45,000/- consolidated per month. Based on experience, qualification and interview performance. |
In addition, EPF and Medical Insurance facilities shall be available as per rules.

The original certificates, mark sheets, and other testimonials are to be produced for verification at the time of the Trade Test/Skill Test/Demonstration and Personal Interaction.
General Terms and Conditions:
- This is the temporary post which will be further extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
- The outsourced employees shall be on the payroll of M/s GA Digital Web Word Pvt. Ltd.
- The post is purely contractual and temporary.
- The Company / Employer reserves the right to relax age, education, or any other qualifying criterion as per its requirement.
- The post holder will have no right whatsoever to permanent employment/ regularization/ contract/ absorption.
- The assignment can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice time.
- After the expiry of the term, employment shall stand terminated automatically unless the same is extended in writing.
- The employee shall strictly observe the Code of Conduct and Rules & Policies prescribed by IIT Indore from time to time during the period of his/her deployment at the premises of our client IIT Indore.
Therefore, said Terms & Conditions are supplementary in addition to the terms of the appointment order/contract, which shall be issued to the eligible candidate.
