Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Drive sprint planning and release management.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams.
- Enforce coding standards and CI/CD practices.
- Manage resource planning and performance evaluation.
- Ensure monitoring and system reliability.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering. PMP/Scrum certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years in software engineering.
- 3–5 years in managerial role.
- Experience in cloud platforms and agile methodologies.
- Exposure to authentication/digital identity platforms preferred.
Technical Skills
- Java, Kafka, Python
- React
- Kubernetes & container orchestration
- AWS / Azure
- JIRA, Confluence
- Security principles, monitoring & logging tools
