Educational Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent.
Work Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in data quality management, SLA monitoring, biometric service operations, and forensics involving fingerprint, face, and iris technologies.
• Proven ability in team leadership and handling operational teams.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with experience working across multidisciplinary environments.
• Exposure to multi-stakeholder management will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of biometric technologies including fingerprint, iris, and facial recognition.
• Familiarity with UI interfaces, web portals, and service tools is essential.
